Europe is remarkably small. Or maybe America is just remarkably big? I don’t know, but, either way, it’s fabulously easy and inexpensive to travel around Europe while you’re living there. Planes, buses, ferries, and trains will let you hop on over to another country for the weekend (“Ohhh yessss I’ve just spent my weekend in Par-ee stocking up on escargots”), even with a student budget.
