You may have noticed yesterday that Twitter was swept up in a Nigel Thornberry frenzy. Curious as to why this character from The Wild Thornberrys was such a sudden hit, I researched the topic and found that he had become the subject of a number of musical remixes inspired by the first one created by 17-year-old Sam Antonioli. Fascinated by the phenomenon of Internet memes, I immediately contacted Sam for an interview for Supercool Creative. His responses were great, and I talked a bit about what memes mean for marketers.
